Job Description:

• Accountable and responsible for the overall business performance of the zone in both seeds and crop protection business
• Lead and manage team on execution of field demand generational activities to ensure product grounding
• Lead and manage team on channel Initiatives (retailer programs, distribution network) to ensure product availability at any time and place
• Lead the zone in identifying and capturing growth opportunities for seeds and crop protection

Key responsibilities:

• Manage the relationship and further development of the existing key customers, indirect and direct accounts;
• Actively propose sales initiatives for customers in specific areas of the country;
• Manage entrusted region according to general objectives of the company and represent the company in commercial and technical relations on assigned region in partnership with distributors, farmers and consulting companies;
• Collaborate with colleagues from the technical and commercial departments. Actively participate in business teams in developing future strategies and decisions covering the whole country.
• Sound understandings of financials, high comfort with numbers
• Demonstrating and driving Corteva market shaping behaviors
• High performance accountability, driving and leading with owner’s mindset 

Qualifications

• Solid experience in sales distribution and dealing with direct customers
• Sound knowledge of the local agriculture industry
• Strong networking & communication skills
• Ready for frequent travel
• Flexible and willing to relocate, as needed
