Description

The Accounting Analyst maintains general ledgers and performs the complete accounting cycle in compliance with established practices and generally accepted accounting principles.

Adheres to internal control policies and procedures; analyzes data and translates into meaningful information; provides management and financial statement users with relevant, comparable, and accurate data on which to base decisions; continuously improves and serves as a resource in their area of responsibility.

Responsibilities

• General ledger management.
• Providing executive level financial statements with metrics and guidance.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with the rest of the Accounting, and all other corporate departments to ensure cohesive support.
• Ensure financial statement are prepared in accordance with GAAP.
• Submit reconciliation reports and analysis.
• Prepare manual journal entries for journalizing all bank, credit card, and loan activity.

Qualifications

• Public Accounting or Finance Degree.
• 1-3 years’ experience in similar positions.
• Desirable SAP experience.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Attentive to detail.
• Team worker.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• English proficiency.
