Responsibilities – What You’ll Do:

  • Innovative Problem-Solving: Develop and deploy custom Microsoft Power Apps to streamline our seed testing lab operations, creating dashboards and applications that drive efficiency and improve workflows.

  • Data-Driven Insights: Analyze complex data sets to provide valuable insights, using visualization tools like Power BI to support decision-making on lab resource allocation, scheduling, and capacity planning.

  • Collaboration and Learning: Work with quality testing laboratories, technical excellence, and quality assurance teams to understand processes and develop solutions that enhance operational excellence.

  • Strategic Contributions: Play a role in improving resource planning systems by integrating critical data into reports and models that optimize lab operations.

  • Professional Development: Present your innovative solutions to the Global Seed Operations Quality Team, gaining exposure to business data analytics and developing your technical and soft skills.

Qualifications

Qualifications – What You’ll Bring:

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate program with a minimum 3.0 GPA in fields like Business, Data Science, Engineering, Statistics, or related disciplines.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Power BI and the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.

  • Availability to work from May through August 2025 in Johnston, IA
