In this position you will assist with supply chain distribution activities and be a part of our hard-working inclusive team.

Responsibilities – What You Will Do:

How will you help us grow? It matters to us, and it matters to you!

• Responsible for product movements on site as well as to other locations as needed including  pick up and or delivery to the customer occasionally.
• Load/unload trucks and complete appropriate paperwork and record keeping to manage and track inventory moves.
• Stage outbound deliveries.
• Assist with managing warehouse inventory.
• General housekeeping duties to maintain a safe and clean work environment.
• Assist with Probox shipping container inspection.
• Inspect pallets to ensure they are suitable for use.
• Operate a forklift.
• Comply with safety and operational policies and practices.
• Assist in field activities including; installing field signs, prepping for field days, spraying and other general promotional type efforts to showcase products.
• Various other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Qualifications

Requirements – Who You Are:

What expertise have you grown? What do you bring to the table?

• You have a high school diploma/GED.
• You have a valid US drivers license.
• You are experienced and comfortable with using computers to check email, complete training, etc.
• You always are willing to help out and physical work bending, lifting, twisting and repetitive motion isn’t a problem for you…Passing by a team member struggling to lift something? Safety is your top priority and you are willing and able to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodations to help your colleague and/or perform necessary job tasks!
• You are willing and able to stand and/or sit for extended periods of time and able to work in a variety of environments such as hot and cold conditions.
• You have forklift driving experience.
• You have good communication skills and are able to read write and speak English fluently to ensure full understanding of all safety training.
• You value your safety so you always comply with safety/operating policies and procedures.
• You work well independently as well as in a team setting and value a positive respectful work environment.
• You enjoy working with customers and understand the importance of good customer service.
• You understand that delivering to our customers on-time keeps our company viable. While this is typically a Monday – Friday day shift position, hours of work can vary during busy times of the year in order to support business needs, so the ability to work overtime hours including occasional weekends as needed is required.
