Demand Generation Manager to take ownership of driving awareness and qualified leads through the detailed planning and execution of demand generation campaigns using the latest Marketing Automation and Customer Relationship Management strategies. Campaign accountability starts with the program idea, managing the project plan for that program, adhering to the marketing budget as well as analyzing the return on investment for the program.

Essential functions

  • Aligning Demand Generation programs with product messaging strategies
  • Drive inbound sales activity through a variety of potential sources
  • Collaborate with cross-functional team(s) and subject matter experts to define scope and success criteria, plan schedules, drive work efforts, and monitor project/program from inception through delivery
  • Develop programs to increase awareness to target market segments by translating company goals into effective marketing communications
  • Develop and manage highly-productive demand generation programs that demonstrate an ROI
  • Manage a closed loop lead and demand generation programs that generates marketing qualified leads
  • Ensure lead flow to sales team in an effective and efficient manner
  • Monitor opportunity progress through sales cycle – execute pipeline velocity initiatives when necessary and make recommendations for adjustments as needed

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field
  • Significant experience (7 years minimum) in business to business demand generation and marketing analytics (strong knowledge of pipeline performance measurement, insights and optimization)
  • A high-performer with proven success driving strategy, planning and execution of customer acquisition campaigns across multiple channels (website, paid search, social media, email marketing, etc.)
  • Strong analytical background and passion for data
  • Experience partnering with sales on pipeline development
  • Demonstrated ability to interpret and present data relationships between key business concepts
  • High level of initiative and ability to work independently
  • Passionate professional capable of demonstrating ROI for marketing programs
