Description
- In charge of all customers related activities for KA for biologicals, own sales results, maintain relationships, design winning campaigns, follow up deliveries and deal with after-sales issues.
- Capture and provide market & competitors’ information to identify new business opportunities for biologicals.
- Work closely with Sales Director GC to structure biological sales strategy and support the implementation thru both key accounts and main channels.
- Take care part of current CP Formulation and Tech key customers to drive synergy and leverage core competencies to speed up biological KA business development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree and above, agriculture major preferred;
- Solid ability in key account customer management and relationship buildup;
- Strong communication and influencing skill;
- Fluent in English both in oral, writing and reading;
- Strong analytical thinking and problem solving skill;
- Ready for challenges and changes
