Corteva is looking for a Assistant Manager-Accounts Payable in Hyderabad!

What does an Assistant Manager-Accounts Payable do at Corteva?

Supervises the activities within the Accounts Payable, Invoice Processing team and assists the APAY Manager with a focus on quality, productivity and standards to achieve the business goals.

Responsibilities:

Ø Supervise Accounts Payable Staff: Oversee the daily operations of the accounts payable team, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time.

Ø Invoice Processing: Ensure all vendor invoices are processed and paid promptly, maintaining accurate records.

Ø Reconciliation: Reconcile accounts payable transactions and resolve any discrepancies.

Ø Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.

Ø Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports related to accounts payable activities.

Ø Vendor Relations: Maintain positive relationships with vendors and handle any payment-related inquiries or disputes.

Ø Process Improvement: Identify and implement improvements to the accounts payable process to increase efficiency.

Qualifications

To grow what matters, you will need:

Ø Education: A bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.

Ø Experience: 8-10 experience in accounts payable or a similar role, with 3-5 Yrs. of supervisory experience.

Ø Technology: Should have experience in SAP/SAP S4 HANA.

Ø Skills: Strong organizational and analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Ø Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage the team and interact with stakeholders.
