Corteva Agriscience™ is founded on the rich heritage of industry leaders Dow, DuPont and Pioneer. By focusing on the most complimentary portfolio of products and services, we represent the evolution of a 217 year commitment to innovating, serving communities and upholding sustainability in agriculture.

Moving forward, we’re strengthening these commitments as we build diverse teams with open communication and unwavering transparency.

We believe true equality is essential to progress, diversity unlocks innovation and making a difference at the local level strengthens our global impact. We strive to ensure our workforce reflects the diverse locations we serve. We’re doing that by creating an inclusive culture where every employee knows they belong, feels heard, brings their “whole-self” to work and sees their value.

We understand that sustainable transformation and innovation in our agricultural systems is vital if we are to meet the challenges that lie ahead.

In partnership with society, we are committed to protecting and preserving the source of our food, helping agricultural communities thrive, and providing the tools to enable healthier, more productive lives in agriculture.

Big goals require big action. Feeding 9 billion people by 2050 requires helping smallholder farmers who make up 90% of the farmers in emerging economies. We’re partnering with key stakeholders to improve their access to the seeds, crop protection and digital technologies they need to improve their productivity and their livelihoods. Here are some of the strides we’ve already made with our partners this year:

Climate Positive Commitment

We believe climate positive agriculture transforms farming systems to be more resilient against the impacts of extreme weather, shifting rainfall patterns, and increased pest and disease pressure while protecting our natural resources.

Advancements Shaping the Future of AI

Bots that select the best individual plants for breeding. Digital cameras that recognize and remotely monitor individual livestock. Biomass assessment that predicts crop yields for entire regions. Artificial intelligence (AI) technologies like these are coming soon to a farm near you. Possibly your own.

Farmers Mental Health Matters

Unless you’ve stared down an unrelenting storm at harvest time, grappled with wildly gyrating commodity prices, or lain awake at night worrying about the health of the animals in your care, you can’t really understand the stress farmers are under.
