We have noticed an increase in recruitment fraud involving our job postings on various websites and through emails, leading to potentially fake job offers sent to job seekers.
How to Identify Recruitment Fraud
- Our recruiters correspond with candidates from the email domain “@corteva.com”. Many scammers use email addresses that closely resemble an “@corteva.com” email address by adding in a country abbreviation or other similar letters within the domain name. Closely review email addresses and the source to avoid falling victim to spoofing.
- Corteva never requests fees for any purpose during or after the hiring process. Corteva will never request money for the opportunity to apply or work.
- The hiring process involves at least one interview (virtual or in-person).
- No job offer will be sent without previous contact with a Corteva Recruiter or Hiring Manager. Our recruiters have a LinkedIn profile so you can verify their identity when in doubt.
- As part of the recruitment process, Corteva does not request or require personal documents ahead of an offer being accepted such as bank account details, passports, tax forms or credit card information.
- All job offers will be sent through our Corteva Jobs recruitment portal. You can view any official Corteva offer letter by logging into your candidate profile on Corteva.com/careers.

We acknowledge the importance of protecting personal data so you will always be requested to provide your username, email address and password to access an electronic offer in our portal.
