Talent Acquisition at Corteva uses technology by Eightfold AI. This technology employs artificial intelligence to assist in predicting the degree of match between you and our job positions. This tool is a matching model based on factors such as the skills specified in the job description for which you have applied. While this technology may be considered an automated employment decision tool under New York City law, we do not make the decision about your application solely based on the model output. All of our hiring processes and decisions, including determining your suitability for a role, are conducted, checked, and decided by individuals.
