Support at Work

Our dedicated military business resource group is a place to find fellow vets from all branches of service who speak the same language, and understand the experiences you carry into civilian life. When duty calls, our teams support national guard and reserve members with the time, financial support, and back-up you need to focus.
Here are a few ways we support what matters at work:
DEDICATED CORTEVA VETERANS NETWORK
Our dedicated Military Business Resource Group provides the connections you need with other veterans at work. The activities and programs driven by this group put a spotlight on our veterans, keeping their skills and value at the forefront of our culture.
FLEXIBLE SCHEDULES
When duty calls, we support your responsibility by following through with schedule flexibility you need to focus on the task at hand. Our teams are built to back you up while you’re away so that success on all fronts stays on track.
GENEROUS PAID LEAVE
We support your service by offsetting lost pay. We offer the following “make up pay” when you’re called to duty:
- 15 days for annual training
- 3 months for initial training
- 6 months for emergency duty
Support in the Community
We appreciate the camaraderie you build by serving together, and we actively seek opportunities to bring the broader military community together. From hosting gatherings at local military bases, to sponsoring volunteer events, we strive to keep our vets close to their communities.

Being in the service makes you appreciate what we have in the US. A good team can accomplish anything.
I feel like the people here appreciate my talents and my work ethic. I work around other vets from different branches, and there is a common, unspoken language that makes working with them more fluid and natural.
Success is really dependent on the people on your left and on your right. We all help each other develop and win. Leadership and success is about the people. It takes a team mentality, with strong individual contributors.
