DEDICATED CORTEVA VETERANS NETWORK

Our dedicated Military Business Resource Group provides the connections you need with other veterans at work. The activities and programs driven by this group put a spotlight on our veterans, keeping their skills and value at the forefront of our culture.

GENEROUS PAID LEAVE

We support your service by offsetting lost pay. We offer the following “make up pay” when you’re called to duty:

  • 15 days for annual training
  • 3 months for initial training
  • 6 months for emergency duty

FLEXIBLE SCHEDULES

When duty calls, we support your responsibility by following through with schedule flexibility you need to focus on the task at hand. Our teams are built to back you up while you’re away so that success on all fronts stays on track.

We appreciate the camaraderie you build by serving together, and we actively seek opportunities to bring the broader military community together. From hosting gatherings at local military bases, to sponsoring volunteer events, we strive to keep our vets close to their communities.
