G. Information From Cookies and Similar Technologies
Cookies are pieces of information stored directly on the device that you are using while you interact with online sites that can identify your device and can contain other information as well. We may collect information from cookies and similar tracking technologies on our Careers Site as well as in HTML-formatted e-mail messages that we send to you. Cookies and similar technologies do not directly identify who you are, but they do allow us to collect information such as browser type, time spent on the Careers Site, pages visited, language preferences, and other aggregated traffic data. Cookies can be placed on your device by us and also by our service providers, such as web analytic companies and internet advertising networks. We use the information collected for various purposes, to store and honor your preferences and settings, for security and authentication, analytics, measuring the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns, to serve you advertising that we believe will be of interest to you, and to fulfill other legitimate purposes described below.
The types of cookies we collect fall into one of three categories:
- Required cookies: These cookies are necessary to enable the basic features of the site to function such as providing secure log-in or remembering how many items are in your shopping cart. This category of cookies cannot be disabled and does not require consent.

This cookie preferences tool is enabled to process your preferences and in certain jurisdictions, to recognize and process a Universal Opt-Out signal. Some browsers have “do not track” settings. Because there is not yet a common understanding how to interpret these signals, we do not currently respond to browser “do not track” settings.
In addition, with most internet browsers or other software you can change your browser settings to erase cookies from your computer hard drive, block all cookies, or receive a warning before a cookie is stored. If you do not want information collected through the use of cookies, there is a simple process in most browsers that allows you to decline the use of cookies. To learn more about opt-out in web browsers please visit https://optout.aboutads.info/ and https://optout.networkadvertising.org. Corteva’s Use of Artificial Intelligence
We use technology by Eightfold AI on the Careers Site. This technology employs artificial intelligence to assist in predicting the degree of match between you and our job positions. This tool is a matching model based on factors such as the skills specified in the job description for which you have applied. While this tool may be considered an automated employment decision tool under New York City law, we do not make the decision about your application solely based on the model output. All of our hiring processes and decisions, including determining your suitability for a role, are conducted, checked, and decided by individuals. More information about this technology can be found here, and you may check the results of an independent bias audit summary of this technology here. You may e-mail [email protected] to request additional information about the Eightfold AI technology and how our recruiters make decisions about applications. If you submit your resume or any information to the Careers Site or join the Corteva Talent Network, it will be processed using the Eightfold technology. As an alternative, you may choose to apply using this link in which case your application will be solely reviewed by a person.

We may also retain your information for the purpose of considering whether your skills are suitable for other opportunities. If you do not wish us to do this, please contact us at the address listed below, under the ‘Contact Us’ section.
If there is no activity in relation to your personal information, Corteva may remove it from its database, subject to Corteva’s data retention obligations and policies and any applicable legal or regulatory obligations or for the period of time permitted by local laws, for the purpose of considering whether your skills are suitable for other opportunities. Note that Corteva may delete personal information about you at any time (including your CV/resumé), for any reason and without notice; therefore, please retain your own copy of the personal information provided to us.
